Receivables tracked and chased against a clear forecast.
Companies with seasonal swings
Peaks and troughs planned for, with financing lined up in time.
Borrowers reporting to banks
Forecasts and covenant calculations banks can rely on.

Questions
Common questions
Short answers to what clients ask most. Rules change, so Hassan confirms the position for your business against current official guidance.
What is a 13-week cash flow forecast?
A week-by-week forecast of actual cash receipts and payments for the next quarter. It is short enough to be accurate and long enough to act on, which is why banks and boards often ask for it.
Direct or indirect method?
For short-term cash management, the direct method: actual receipts and payments by week. The indirect method, starting from profit, is better for longer-term planning and statutory reporting.
Where does cash usually get stuck?
In receivables (customers paying late), inventory (stock that moves slowly) and payables (paying suppliers earlier than agreed). Small changes in each add up quickly.
Can this help with our bank?
Yes. A reliable forecast and clean covenant calculations make conversations with your bank easier, whether you are renewing a facility or asking for headroom.
